All street standards shall comply with the State of California Fire Code provisions , <br /> as interpreted and implemented by the San Joaquin County Fire Marshall and <br /> Mountain House Fire Department , <br /> Other Obligations and Agreements : <br /> 50 . Stormwater Management Agreement : Prior to the issuance of the first building <br /> permit , the Developer shall enter into a Stormwater Management Agreement with <br /> MHCSD and pay all fees associated with NPDES . <br /> 51 .
