P/GK-n-pULI <br />Hazardous material and waste storage areas are currently inspected at least once per weeK to <br />ensure they are being properly maintained and storage containers remain in good condition. <br />Inspections are documented on inspection forms and maintained at the Stockton Main Facility for <br />a minimum of three years. Any issues or concerns observed during an inspection are <br />documented and addressed as needed. <br />Disposition of Waste: All MRSH will be disposed of offsite under manifest by qualified waste <br />haulers. Waste prole, manifest, and shipping records will be maintained at the Stockton Main <br />facility for a minimum o£ three years. Refrigerants removed from appliances will be disposed of <br />by Campos Bros. Recovery, Inc. (EPA ID: CARU0027g721). All other MRSH wastes will be <br />disposed of offsite by Arens Brothers Environmental Inc. (EPA ID CAR000162636), Worldwide <br />Recovery Systems (EPA ID CAR0001175422), and/or World Oil Environmental Services (EPA <br />ID CAD28277036). <br />Healthand Safety: All MRSH will be handled by properly trained and qualified personnel in <br />accordance with Pick -n -Pull company policies and all applicable regulations related to the <br />handling of hazardous materials and hazardous wastes. Personnel handling MASH materials <br />must wear proper personal protective equipment that at minimum includes: hard hat, eye <br />protection, steel Coed boots, proper worK clothing, and chemical resistant nitrile gloves. <br />Emergency response procedures are described in the Facility's Consolidated Contingency Plan, <br />Emergency Action Plan, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and Spill Prevention, <br />Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan maintained onsite. These plans are kept up-to-date <br />and reviewed at least once per year. These plans summarize proper handling and management of <br />materials to eliminate or minimize health and saFety risk of exposure to employees and the <br />environment. The plans also include emergency response procedures and current emergency <br />contact information. <br />Training: MRSH related training is provided For all personnel managing and handling <br />appliances and MRSH onsite. MRSH related training is incorporated with the following training <br />topics that are provided on an annual basis to personnel Appliance Recycling, Scrap <br />Acceptance, Hazardous Material Management, Hazardous Waste Management, Spill Prevention <br />and Response, and Emergency Evacuation training. Training information is provided by the <br />corporate Environmental Health and Safety Department. Training is provided via computer <br />based training (CBT) sessions, in-person hands-on training, and during safety tailgate meetings. <br />In -parson and tailgate training refreshers are primarily provided by the Facility General Manager <br />or designated personnel, and at times may be provided by the Regional Health and Safety <br />Manager, and/or Regional Environmental Manager. <br />A copy of the current business license for the Facility is provided in Attachment 2 <br />CAR nntiN_Stockton Premier_2021.OZ 16 <br />
