He showed the pictures she had and AFONSKAIA
outlined the problems that she was aware of. She also gave me the pumper truck
receipt and owner's number. She said that the tenant said that they installed a
leach line recently because the owner told them to. Spoke to Michael and he said
that any illegal work would have to be disconnected because it does not meet our
standards.
08/31/2020 Received a voicemail from Mark Troxell, the owner, 925-978-0106. He said his
neighbors called this weekend and informed him that the tenant is using 2 inch
hoses and running them to the front yard and dumping sewage from septic. The
tenant is then watering down the substance that is coming out of the hose. It is in
the front yard on the rocks.
Received another voicemail from Mark saying he just left the abatement office and
would like to meet me in the office.
Called Mark back and gave him our office address. He said he would head over
there.
Talked to Dania in water quality about the complaint I put in last week for the open
distribution box and the possible new surfacing sewage the tenant is doing this
week. She said she had not received it from Michael. I let her know the tenant is
angry and aggressive. The owner is cooperative but when he tries to enter the
property to fix the problems the tenant kicks him off. She said once she receives
the complaint from Michael she will let me know.
Mark Troxell came to the counter. He let me listen to the voicemail from his
neighbor stating there are two, 2 inch hoses coming to the front of the house on
the rocks and hes dumping from the septic, its hidden underneath his truck. He
also said he is tapping into the well electricity. He drew out where the box for the
well is and where the box for the house is and how he must be tapping into it
because his bill has gone up.
I discussed how I put the complaint into our septic department and they will
probably recommend to have a septic contractor out to see the damage of the
septic system. He understood. I told him if they go out I will try to tag along to see
the electricity and piping underneath the house.
SEPTIC CONTRACTOR HE USES - Tom Pinasco - 209-463-7793
LINDSAY
5105.rpt
