COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />11:30 am <br />11:00 am <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: MCDONALDS #20612 Date: 08/27/2021 <br />Address: 3355 E HAMMER LN, STOCKTON 95210 <br />Owner/Operator: CATHY SCHRADER Telephone: (209) 478-0234 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0054168 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />HAMBURGER WAS RAW. COMPLAINANT WENT BACK TO FACILITY AND GOT A REFUND. COMPLAINANT HAS <br />PICTURES. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. <br />The managers were not aware of the complaint. <br />A fresh quarter pounder patty was cooked to 184 F in the hamburger grill. <br />The frozen patties were cooked to 176 F in the hamburger grill. <br />Manager noted that about a week ago a box of the fresh patties were accidentally placed in the freezer and some of those <br />patties may have been cooked before the issue was noticed and the box was thrown away. <br />Report discussed with Manager. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
