The use by time on <br />sticker were 2:38 and 2:40 pm. Continue using 4 hour time control for items kept above 41 F or lower chill rail temperature to <br />keep food items at 41 F or below. <br />The sink across from the 4 dr upright Delfied w/display had no hot water. Per manager that sink is only used to hydrate <br />onions. The sink had a wall mounted towel paper dispenser and an empty wall mounter soap dispenser. Manager said they <br />only use the hand sink in the back to wash hands. Let manager know to make sure all employees know to only use the back <br />hand sink to wash their hands in the kitchen or to provide hot water and soap in dispenser to sink across from 4 dr upright <br />Delfied w/display to use as hand sink. <br />Report discussed with Manager. <br />Email confirmation once fryer is repaired/replaced to dafonskaia@sjgov.org. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
