5.2 Interviews with Owners <br />Ms. Lara and Ms. La Velle were interviewed in person on July 21, 2021. Both <br />indicated that their houses had been built recently. Neither was aware of any <br />fuel tanks, chemical storage, dumping, buried debris, automotive or equipment <br />maintenance, former structures, or other environmental issues affecting the Site. <br />6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS <br />6.1 Environmental Health Department Records <br />Hazardous Materials Records <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department was contacted <br />regarding the Site addresses of 32521, 32619, and 32705 South Koster Road. <br />According to Laura Sauers of that office, no hazardous materials records are <br />available for the Site addresses (correspondence, July 14, 2021). <br />Well & Septic Permits <br />Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />well and septic permit files for the Site addresses. Six documents were <br />identified: <br />• September 2007 permit for new domestic well (32521). The well had a <br />proposed depth of 250 feet, with a grout seal at 100 feet. <br />• April 2008 permit for new septic system at residence. The system utilizes <br />a 2,000 -gallon septic tank and seven 100 -foot leach lines (32521). <br />• February 2010 permit for new pump at domestic well (32521). <br />• February 2010 complaint that a well pump was installed without permit; <br />the issue was "office abated" (32521). <br />• December 2004 permit for new septic system at residence. The system <br />utilizes a 1,600 -gallon septic tank, two leach lines, and two 20 -foot long by <br />10 -foot deep sumps (32705). <br />• September 2005 permit for new domestic well. The permit indicates at <br />total depth if 220 feet, with a grout seal at 100 feet (32705). <br />These records are included in Appendix 4 of this report. <br />LOGE 2140 4 <br />
