The permit has been <br />approved with the following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br />ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br />California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. If it is determined that <br />a cold start is necessary, a copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to <br />performing the "cold start" of the Veeder Root system and made available at the time <br />of EHD inspection (inspected on 7-16-2015). <br />b. Overfill prevention verification: Verify that external audible/visual alarm for all LISTS <br />activates when tanks are 90% full ("truck" side was inspected on 7-16-2015; "auto' <br />side is pending verification). <br />c. Verify that all auto side sump collars (fill and STP) and vapor sump covers have <br />proper gaskets and are designed and installed to prevent water intrusion. Verify that <br />all secondary containment is product tight (secondary containment shall be <br />impervious to the liquid and vapor of the substance contained and constructed to <br />prevent structural weakening as a result of contact with any hazardous substance <br />released from the primary containment).
