Primary containment not liquid tight. <br />- Approximately half an inch of liquid was observed in the Auto Side vent box but insufficient amount to <br />trigger an alarm. Liquid was removed by technicians. <br />- Approximately one quart of liquid was observed in the Auto Side Diesel STP sump and was removed <br />with a shop vacuum. <br />- Approximately one quart of liquid was observed in the Auto Side 91 Fill sump and was removed with a <br />shop vacuum. <br />- Approximately 3/4 quart of yellowish liquid was observed in the Truck Side South Diesel STP sump <br />and was removed with a shop vacuum. <br />- Approximately 1 quart of yellowish liquid was observed in the Truck Side North Diesel STP sump and <br />was removed with a shop vacuum. <br />- No measurable diesel liquid was observed in the Truck Side Diesel Dispensers but majority of the <br />dispenser pans had residuals of diesel. Approximately 1 centimeter of yellowish liquid was observed in <br />UDC 14A/15B. <br />- Approximately a quarter of an inch of liquid was observed in the Auto Side vent box but insufficient <br />amount to trigger an alarm. Liquid was removed by technicians. <br />All primary containment must be impervious to the liquid and vapor of the substance contained. <br />Immediately discontinue use of failed piping and have a properly licensed, trained and certified <br />contractor replaced or repair the failed piping under permit and inspection of EHD. If the failed <br />components can't be replaced/ repaired immediately, there is a possibility that the Auto & Truck Side <br />UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs.
