Respondent owns and operates Pacific Ethanol Stockton LLC, an <br />ethanol production business at 3028 Navy Drive, Stockton CA 95206 <br />he <br />"Site"). <br />2. The CUPA inspected the Site on December 6, 2018. An in office <br />inspection report was issued February <br />11, 2019. <br />3. The CUPA alleges the following violations of Chapters 6.5 and 6.67 of <br />the California Health and Safety Code ("HSC"): <br />3.1 The Respondent violated California Code of Regulations <br />(CCR) 66262.20 Failed to prepare manifests for transportation <br />of hazardous waste. <br />3.2 The Respondent violated CCR 66262.11 Failed to determine <br />if a waste is a hazardous waste. <br />CONSENT ORDER <br />Pacific Ethanol Stockton LLC <br />
