The Parties wish to avoid the expense of litigation and to ensure <br />prompt compliance with California requirements regarding hazardous waste <br />and aboveground petroleum storage act. <br />5. Jurisdiction over this matter exists pursuant to HSC § 25404.1.1. <br />6. Respondent waive any right to a hearing in this matter. <br />7. This Consent Order shall constitute full settlement of all violations of <br />Chapter 6.5 and 6.67 of the California Health and Safety Code pertaining to the <br />Site and arising before the Effective Date of this Consent Order.
