UW manifest for the following UW streams are missing: <br /> 1. Lithium Used Batteries <br /> 2. Used Alkaline Batteries <br /> 3. Nickel Metal Hydride Batteries <br /> 4. Used Lead Acid Batteries <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66273.39.Tracking Universal Waste <br /> Shipments <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all UW disposal records for the last three years and <br /> maintain them on site. Provide a corrective action statement, a copy of the last three years of UW disposal records <br /> and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br /> generated and amended by SJC EHD today. The complete amended report will replace the initial checklist. <br /> The report was amended to remove violation #603 from the initial checklist.
