Nitrate Loading Analysis
BSK Job E21-002-01B
2482 Carpenter Road

July 13, 2021
Stockton, California
Page 19

6. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

6.1 Conclusions and Recommendations:
The impact of nitrogen loading from the site should not chan e due to the fact the amount nitrate-
nitrogen containing recharge water from the adult care facility will remain the same. The site project is
concentrated on replacing the current septic/leech line system with a commercial septic system.
However a reduction of the nitrate-nitrogen load in the recharge water of the adult care facility is
required, BSK recommends _that cies d with a nitrat--i ro en
pretreatment system like the 'Fujiclean CEN21 that would lower the nitrate-nitrogen load by at least 70%.
This value should be confirmed y . . urer after they design a syste project.
BSK also recommends re-evaluation of nitrate loading should the design details of the facility change such
as number of users or size of the facility.
