S0 JOA U 1 Environmental Health Department <br /> U ; i y <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> T&N AUTO REPAIR 720 E HAMMER LN, STOCKTON August 25, 2021 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute/extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br /> -One black 5-gallon container of metal fines had an accumulation start date of 4/8/2018. <br /> -One blue 55-gallon drum containing used antifreeze had an accumulation start date of 7/30/2020. <br /> -Two blue 55-gallon drums containing used oil were missing an accumulation start date. <br /> -One black 55-gallon drum containing used oil had an accumulation start date of 2/28/2017. <br /> -One red 20-gallon portable oil drain container partially filled with used oil was missing an accumulation start date. <br /> -One black 20-gallon portable oil drain container partially filled with used oil was missing an accumulation start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers <br /> were: <br /> -One black 5-gallon container of metal fines was missing the name and address of generator, hazardous properties, <br /> physical state and composition (contents). <br /> -Two blue 55-gallon drums containing used oil were missing the words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of <br /> generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents)and accumulation start date. <br /> -One black 55-gallon drum containing used oil was observed an illegible label. <br /> -One red 20-gallon portable oil drain container partially filled with used oil was missing the name and address of <br /> generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), and accumulation start date. <br /> -One black 20-gallon portable oil drain container partially filled with used oil was missing the name and address of <br /> generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), and accumulation start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
