<br />3. Defendant, with actual or constructive knowledge of this Injunction, only in so far as they 
<br />are doing business in the State of California, in the course of Defendant's business of FURNITURE 
<br />STORE activities, are pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 25181 hereby permanently 
<br />enjoined from: 
<br />a. Disposed or caused the disposal of a hazardous or extremely hazardous waste at a 
<br />point which is not authorized, in violation of Health and Safety Code section 25189.2(c). 
<br />4. Defendant with actual or constructive knowledge of this Injunction, only in so far as they 
<br />are doing business in the State of California, in the course of Defendant's business of FURNITURE 
<br />STORE activities, are pursuant to California Business and Professions Code, section 17204 hereby 
<br />permanently enjoined from: 
<br />a. Violating Health and Safety Code section 25100 et seq., described in paragraph 
<br />13 — 3a above; and 
<br />b. Discharged sewage or other waste, or the effluent of treated sewage or other waste, 
<br />in any manner which will result in contamination, pollution, or a nuisance, in violation of Health and 
<br />Safety Code section 5411. 
<br />5. Defendants shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED 
<br />DOLLARS ($2,500.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Health and Safety Code §25192: 
<br />a. $ 1,250.00 made payable to the DEPARTMENT OF TOXIC SUBSTANCE 
<br />CONTROL — TOXIC SUBSTANCE CONTROL ACCOUNT, as follows: 
<br />$ 100.00 —18 months after the date of signing 
<br />$ 900.00 — 24 months after the date of signing 
<br />$ 250.00 — 30 months after the date of signing 
<br />b. $ 625.00 made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL 
<br />HEALTH DEPARTMENT — ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION TRUST, 30 months after 
<br />the date of signing; and 
<br />c. $ 625.00 made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF THE 
<br />DISTRICT ATTORNEY, 30 months after the date of signing. 
<br />Said payments shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney,
