M <br />I Environmental Crimes Unit, as per the above payment schedule. <br />2 5. Defendant shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED <br />3 DOLLARS ($2,500.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions Code section <br />4 17206. Said payments shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />5 and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Crimes Unit, <br />6 30 months after the date of signing. <br />7 6. Defendant shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />8 ($3,000.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred by the SAN JOAQUIN <br />9 COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Said payment shall be due and payable <br />10 to the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District <br />11 Attorney, Environmental Crimes Unit, as follows: <br />12 $ 900.00 — at time of signing <br />13 $ 900.00 — 6 months after the date of signing <br />14 $ 900.00 —12 months after the date of signing <br />15 $ 300.00 —18 months after the date of signing <br />16 7. Defendant shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS <br />17 ($500.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred by the SAN JOAQUIN <br />18 COUNTY OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY. Said payment shall be due and payable to <br />19 the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District <br />20 Attorney, Environmental Crimes Unit, 18 months after the date of signing. <br />21 8. Defendant is responsible for the uniform fee for filing the first paper in a civil action or <br />22 proceeding in the Superior Court. The amount of the filing fee is FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE <br />23 DOLLARS ($435.00).
