Rinse clean daily at end of shift. <br /> Sink next to expresso machine has black residue (mold?). Clean/sanitize daily. <br /> Interior shelves(wood cabinets at customer service area)are not clean.Wipe clean and maintain. <br /> Knife holder is not clean. Clean daily. <br /> Walk in metal shelves have caked on debris. Wipe weekly. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean.
