G5.0 In the engineered plans (page G5.0), UDC piping discusses removing test ports and keeping ports open for drainage. Vacuum monitored piping in a VPH site should be sealed at all times. RESPONSE: Note has been revised to connect vacuum monitored piping after testing. 10. The plans indicate ball valves will be placed on vacuum tubing at 31 locations. No additional shut off valves should be installed between the monitored interstitial spaces and their respective sensors. Remove all unnecessary ball valves from the plans. RESPONSE: All ball valves have been removed. 11. G12.1 On page G.12.1, in the vacuum monitoring plans, no diesel vent pipe was drawn. RESPONSE: Please clarify comment. Vacuum monitoring piping is shown for diesel vent pipe. 12. Page 7 of the application: Sections F, G, and H have required boxes not checked. RESPONSE: All appropriate boxes have been checked.
