The plans indicate ball valves will be placed on vacuum tubing at 31 locations. No <br /> additional shut off valves should be installed between the monitored interstitial spaces and <br /> their respective sensors. Remove all unnecessary ball valves from the plans. <br /> RESPONSE: All ball valves have been removed. <br /> 11. G12.1 On page G.12.1, in the vacuum monitoring plans, no diesel vent pipe was drawn. <br /> RESPONSE: Please clarify comment. Vacuum monitoring piping is shown for diesel vent <br /> pipe. <br /> 12. Page 7 of the application: Sections F, G, and H have required boxes not checked. <br /> RESPONSE: All appropriate boxes have been checked. Please see revised application. <br /> 13. Page 8 of the application: Section I has required boxes unchecked. <br /> RESPONSE: All appropriate boxes have been checked. Please see revised application. <br />
