The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for MANTECA CHEVRON as of December13 ) 2021 . <br /> Open violations from September 23 , 2021 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date ) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #7 - Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release . <br /> OBSERVATION The emergency response ( ER) procedures have not been submitted . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a <br /> release or threatened release of hazardous materials , including , but not limited to , the following : <br /> - immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department ( EHD ) <br /> - procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons , property , or the environment <br /> - evacuation plans and procedures , including immediate notice , for the site <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) at <br /> http : //cers. calepa , ca . gov/ , upload the correct or updated information , and submit to the EHD for approval . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #8 - Failed to establish and electronically submit a reasonable or an adequate training program . <br /> OBSERVATION: Atraining program has not been submitted . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Training programs for all employees and annual training , including refresher courses , <br /> shall include familiarity with the facility' s Emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release or <br /> threatened release of a hazardous material . Training shall cover, but not limited to , all of the following: <br /> (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified <br /> program agency . <br /> ( B ) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons , property , or the environment <br /> ( C ) Evacuation plans and procedures , including immediate notice , for the business site . <br /> These training programs may take into consideration the position of each employee . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately prepare or update the facility' s training program , log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) at http : //cers. calepa . ca . gov/, upload the correct or updated information , <br /> and submit to the EHD for approval . <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
