<br /> Observed debris/spillage on bottom of 1 dr Torrey cooler. Clean and sanitize today and maintain clean.
<br /> The ice machine lid was missing and a plastic sheet was being used as a cover. Provide a cleanable lid within 2 weeks.
<br /> Observed grease build up on exhaust hood filters. Clean and sanitize within 2 weeks and maintain clean.
