COMPLAINANT ORDERED THE <br /> SAME THING EACH TIME, EGG WHITE AND AVOCADO SANDWICH WITH NO SALT OR PEPPER, COMPLAINANT IS <br /> ALLERGIC TO PEPPER AND HAS HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND SO THEY DON'T USE SALT. COMPLAINANT <br /> ALLEGES THAT ALL 3 TIMES,THEY ADDED SALT AND PEPPER, DESPITE COMPLAINANT ASKING THEM NOT TO <br /> BECAUSE OF THEIR RESTRICTIONS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
