Corrected on <br />site, drinks were placed in left ice well and the ice from right ice well was removed and it was cleaned and sanitized. <br />Observed uncovered food items in walk-in and 2 dr Blue Air. Place food items in approved containers with labels once the bag/package is opened. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving. (114047, 114049, 114051, 114053, 114055, 114067(h), 114069 (b)) <br /> #34 Warewashing Facilites Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: The 3 comp sink was being used as a 2 comp sink with the right third compartment being used as a <br />dump sink. Discontinue practice and utilize the 3 compartments for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing separately. Corrected on <br />site, the right compartment was clean and sanitized and the right bar sink will be used as a dump sink. <br />Lacking quat test strips at bar 3 comp sink. Provide within 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities. Testing equipment and <br />materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method. Keep dipper well on when in use. <br />Corrected on site. <br />The server station soda machine was leaking at the root beer nozzle and had debris around nozzles. Repair leaking within 2 <br />weeks. Clean and sanitize area around nozzles today. <br />Observed debris in cook like area floor sinks. Clean and sanitize today and maintain clean. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175).
