<br />OBSERVATIONS: The 3 comp sink was being used as a 2 comp sink with the right third compartment being used as a
<br />dump sink. Discontinue practice and utilize the 3 compartments for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing separately. Corrected on
<br />site, the right compartment was clean and sanitized and the right bar sink will be used as a dump sink.
<br />Lacking quat test strips at bar 3 comp sink. Provide within 2 weeks.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: The dipper well was not on for the ice cream scoops during inspection. Keep dipper well on when in use.

<br />The server station soda machine was leaking at the root beer nozzle and had debris around nozzles. Repair leaking within 2
<br />weeks. Clean and sanitize area around nozzles today.
<br />Observed debris in cook like area floor sinks. Clean and sanitize today and maintain clean.
