PLUMBING PIPING SYSTEMS <br />Section 15400 <br />15-1207 <br />3.09 TEST OF PIPING: <br />A. Test piping at completion of roughing in, in accordance with the following schedule. <br />Show no loss in pressure or visible leaks after a minimum duration of 4 hours at the test <br />pressures indicated. Testing equipment, materials, and labor shall be furnished by this Contractor. <br />C. Repair piping systems sections which fail required piping test, by disassembly and <br />reinstallation, using new materials to extent required to overcome leakage. Do not use <br />chemicals, stop -leak compounds, mastics, or other temporary repair methods. <br />D. Drain test water from piping systems after testing and repair work has been completed. <br />3.10 CLEANING UP: <br />A. Upon completion of Work remove materials, equipment, apparatus, tools, and the like, <br />and leave premises clean, neat, and orderly. <br />END OF SECTION <br />16 <br />
