Provide manufacturer's standard inlets and outlets where indicated on Contract <br />Drawings. Provide size, shape, capacity, type, and throw patterns as indicated. <br />Construct of materials and components as indicated and as required for complete <br />installation. <br />2. Furnish and install sponge rubber gaskets between grilles and grounds of finished <br />surfaces. Wood grounds will be furnished by others. Metal grounds shall be <br />furnished by this Contractor. <br />3. All supply diffusers, registers, and grilles located at ceiling shall have factory - <br />applied, bone -white finish unless noted otherwise. <br />4. All diffusers, registers, and grilles to be steel construction unless noted otherwise. <br />C. Supply Air Diffusers: <br />A. Supply Air Diffusers: <br />1. Ceiling (ID S1): <br />a. Titus Modular Core, model MCD or equal. <br />b. Provide 24"x24" Module with Border Type 3 for lay -in ceilings. <br />c. Provide Border Type 6 for gyp. board ceilings. <br />2. Sidewall (ID S2): <br />a. Titus sidewall grille, model 300RS or equal. <br />b. 3/4" blade spacing <br />c. Double Deflection <br />d. Front blades parallel to the short dimension <br />e. Blades to be individually adjustable. <br />3. Ceiling (kitchen MAU Unit) (ID S3): <br />a. Titus perforated ceiling diffuser, model PAR or equal. <br />b. Perforated face pattern with 3/16"0 holes on 1/4" staggered centers. <br />c. Diffuser shall not have discharge pattern controllers. <br />B. Return and/or Exhaust Air Grilles: <br />Ceiling (ID E1 & R1): <br />a. Titus return grille, model 355RS or equal. <br />b. 1/2" blade spacing <br />c. 35° Fixed Deflection Blades <br />d. Provide with full 24"x24" ceiling module and #3 border. <br />e. Provide with type #1 border for surface mount. <br />4 <br />
