LIGHTING SYSTEM <br />Section 16500 <br />15-1207 <br />1. Replace burned out lamps during construction and up to date of final acceptance or <br />project by Architect. All defective or burned out lamps shall be replaced for a period of <br />one year from date of final acceptance of the project by the Architect. <br />2. All ballasts shall be warranted for a period of two (2) years from date of final acceptance <br />of the project by the Architect. <br />3.4 ADJUSTING AND CLEANING: <br />A. Clean all glass and plastic and polish all visible metal parts before submitting job to Owner's <br />Representative for final acceptance. Remove all fingerprints and dirt from exposed surfaces. <br />Parts scratched or damaged prior to final inspection must be replaced by Contractor. <br />B. After ninety days from installation, parking lot fixture poles shall be inspected for alignment. <br />Plumb and shim as required. <br />3.5 SCHEDULES: <br />A. Furnishing and installation of lighting fixtures or lighting equipment must be executed in a <br />manner that will insure completion coincident with completion of project construction, unless <br />otherwise required by contract specifications. <br />1. Lighting fixtures shall not be installed on ceilings and walls scheduled to receive paint until <br />such painting has been accepted by the Architect. <br />END OF SECTION <br />M <br />
