VOICE OVER IP CALLER ID <br />NAMING CONVENTION <br />Section 16762 <br />15-1207 <br />A. This procedure should be followed whenever new employees are hired, and for personnel <br />name changes, or if classroom name or number changes. <br />B. These requests are submitted using MUSD Helpdesk System. The helpdesk ticket shall be <br />updated to reflect the new or changed VolP caller -ids. <br />C. If classroom numbers change due to modernization, relocations, and new construction, the <br />responsible parties will need to ensure new phones are configured with the new location. <br />D. If phones are to be repurposed, the responsible parties will need to ensure that phones are <br />reconfigured with update location. <br />E. Upon completion of IT related services performed by contractor shall be reviewed by IT <br />personnel. <br />F. IT personnel shall be accompanied by contractor to review work performed and to ensure <br />work has been completed according to scope or specification. <br />G. If work has not been completed to the satisfaction of the scope or specification, the <br />contractor shall develop a punch list detailing those items that did not meet the <br />requirements of Manteca Unified School District IT Department. The punch list shall be in <br />an electronic format and shared with the IT Department. <br />H. Contractor shall complete all punch list items identified during IT and contractor's walk <br />through. The contractor shall update the electronic version of the completed items and <br />share with the IT department. <br />I. IT personnel shall be accompanied by contractor to review that the outstanding punch list <br />items have been documented as complete. <br />J. IT will not sign -off on any IT related services until all punch list items are complete. The <br />contractor will be responsible for ensuring the punch list items are complete to the scope's <br />satisfaction. <br />K. IT related services are but not limited to: <br />1. Demolition of Wireless Radio Frequency WAN Towers <br />2. Fiber Cabling Infrastructure <br />3. Copper Cabling Infrastructure <br />4. Cisco Network Switches <br />5. Cisco Network Routers <br />6. Cisco Wireless Access Points <br />1. Cisco VoIP Phones <br />8. Network Configurations (Access, Distribution, Core, VRF, MPLS, Call Manager) <br />g. Network Wireless Configurations (WLAN Controller, MSE) <br />10. Network Security Configurations (Cisco Firewalls, ISE) <br />11. Network Management Configurations (Prime Infrastructure) <br />12.
