Half or full size: <br />1) Receptacles. <br />2) Panels. <br />3) Equipment. <br />D. Samples: Samples for approval by Owner. <br />1. Of all finishes/materials which will be visible to the public, including: <br />a. Receptacles and controls with associated trim plate <br />b. Each type of loudspeaker baffle and or grille <br />2. For other items, provide at least 2"x2" sample. <br />E. Shop and Field Test Reports: <br />1. Schedule: Submit test reports in timely manner relative to Project schedule such <br />that Owner may conduct Verification of submitted Test Data at Owner's option, <br />without delay of progress. <br />a. Shop test report: Submit prior to shipping completed system to Project <br />site. <br />b. Field test report: Submit following system completion and prior to and as <br />condition precedent to Owner's acceptance of the Work of this Section. <br />2. Test Reports: Include: <br />a. Time and date of test. <br />b. Personnel conducting test. <br />C. Test Object. <br />YI, Prnrc�iwire wiceri. <br />e. Test equipment, including serial # and date of last calibration. <br />f. Results of test - numerical or graphical presentation. <br />F. Reference Data for Operation, Maintenance and Repair: In addition to the <br />requirements of Division 1, submit one (1) additional set. Submit in three ring binders <br />with Tabs. <br />1. Index <br />2. Systems operating instructions <br />3. Reduced set of system Record Drawings <br />4. Key schedule <br />5. Maintenance and spare parts schedule <br />6. Shop and Field Test Reports <br />7. Equipment manuals. Collate alphabetically by manufacturer.
