SUBMITTALS <br />Section 01300 <br />15-1207 <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.01 INCLUSION OF OTHER CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />A. The General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions and Division 1 are fully applicable to this <br />Section, as if repeated herein. <br />1.02 DESCRIPTION <br />A. Work Included: <br />1. To ensure that specified products are furnished and installed in accordance with design <br />intent, procedures have been established for advance submittal of design data and for <br />its review and acceptance or rejection by Architect. <br />2. Make all following submittals to Architect for review, in strict accord with provisions of <br />this Section: <br />a. Subcontractor List <br />b. Progress Schedule <br />C. Schedule of Values <br />d. Shop Drawings <br />e. Product Data/Material Lists <br />f. Samples <br />g. Substitutions <br />h. Request for Information (RFI) <br />i. Electronic Data Transfer <br />j. Deferred Approvals <br />k. Certifications <br />I. Maintenance/Operating Manuals <br />M. Guarantees <br />n. Record Drawings <br />o. Extra Stock <br />B. Related Requirements: <br />1. Test reports: Pertinent Specification Sections (by testing lab). <br />2. Individual submittals required: Pertinent Specification Sections. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br />2.01 SUBCONTRACTOR LIST <br />A. Provide a typed list of all subcontractors within 5 days of notice of the award of contract. <br />Include Subcontractor name, address, phone number, license number and trade. <br />2.02 SCHEDULE OF VALUES <br />A. Before first Application for Payment, submit for Architect's approval a Schedule of Values of <br />various portions of work, aggregating total Contract sum, divided so as to facilitate payment to <br />Subcontractors, prepared in such form as Architect and Contractor may agree upon, and <br />supported by such data to substantiate its correctness as Architect may require. Breakdown <br />shall include separation of sitework from building work for all main categories including <br />electrical, plumbing, concrete, etc. Separations shall also be provided for each building of a <br />multiple building contract. Include proper share of overhead and profit with each item in <br />
