SUBMITTALS <br />Section 01300 <br />15-1207 <br />L. Submittals shall include (where applicable): <br />1. Date and revision dates. <br />2. Project title and number. <br />3. The names of Architect, Contractor, Subcontractor and supplier or manufacturer. <br />4. Identification of product or material. <br />5. Relation to adjacent structure or material. <br />6. Field dimensions, clearly identified as such. <br />7. Specification section number. <br />8. A blank space for Architect's stamp. <br />9. Contractor's stamp on each, initialed or signed, certifying that submittal was reviewed, <br />field measurements have been verified and submittal is in compliance with the <br />applicable specification section and the overall Contract Documents. <br />M. Incomplete, inaccurate or non -complying submittals requiring revisions, re -submittal and <br />additional review time, shall not be considered as a basis for Contract time extension. <br />3.02 REQUIRED SUBMITTALS <br />A. Various specification sections specifically state information to be submitted. <br />B.
