CONSTRUCTION FACILITIES AND <br />TEMPORARY CONTROLS <br />Section 01500 <br />15-1207 <br />specifications, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Architect and the utility owner by <br />the most expeditious means available and later confirm in writing. <br />C. Existing building utilities shall not be interrupted during normal operating hours. <br />2.11 EXISTING CONDITIONS <br />A. Contractor shall record existing site conditions, either by photographs or video, to provide a <br />record of pre -construction site condition. <br />2.12 MEETINGS <br />A. The Architect will schedule and run weekly project meetings throughout the project to review <br />the project schedule, assess progress, approve payment requests, resolve problems and to <br />discuss issues requiring resolution. It is the duty of the Contractor to attend, participate in, <br />and comply with the agreements reached and direction set at these meetings. <br />B. Attendance required: Project Superintendent, Project Manager (if any), major <br />subcontractors (as needed), Architect, Inspector, and others as appropriate to the meeting <br />topics. <br />C. The Architect may occasionally schedule special meetings for the purpose of discussing <br />work requiring a significant coordination effort or for resolving issues which require more <br />attention than they can be given in the regularly scheduled meetings. The Contractor shall <br />attend these meetings along with representatives of subcontractors, suppliers, and/or <br />manufacturers when appropriate for the subject matter to be discussed. <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br />3.01 MAINTENANCE AND REMOVAL <br />A. Maintain all temporary facilities and controls as long as needed for safe and proper <br />completion of Work; remove all such temporary facilities and controls as rapidly as progress <br />of Work will permit. <br />B. Non-compliance with requirements within this section may result in payment being withheld <br />and/or deductive change orders for lack of proper facilities and controls.
