Use only new materials and products, unless existing materials or products are specifically <br />shown otherwise on the Drawings to be salvaged and re -used. <br />B. Use materials and products of one manufacturer whenever possible. <br />C. All materials, components, assemblies, workmanship and installation are to be observed by <br />the Owner's Project Inspector. Work not so inspected is subject to uncovering and <br />replacement. All re -inspections made necessary by non -conforming work shall be at the <br />Contractor's expense. <br />D. Certification and Identification of Materials and Uses: Provide Testing Agency with access to <br />fabrication plant to facilitate inspection of steel. Provide notification of commencement and <br />duration of shop fabrication in sufficient time to allow inspection and all material <br />identification/test information listed below. <br />1. Test all steel as required by ASTM A6. <br />2. Provide manufacturer's Mill Test Reports for all materials. Include chemical and <br />physical properties of the material for each heat number manufactured. Tag all <br />fabricated materials with heat number. <br />1 <br />
