Certify acceptance and exposure to continuous topical water exposure after final <br />cure. <br />1.04 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Refer to Section 01300. <br />B. Manufacturer's Data: Submit list and complete descriptive data of all products proposed for <br />use. Include manufacturer's specifications, published warranty or guarantee, application <br />instructions, independent test data, and certification requirements. <br />C. Submit name and qualifications of independent, third party testing lab as required by article <br />3.01 <br />D. Submit executed Guarantee of Contractor/Subcontractor per Article 1.05. <br />E. Installer: Manufacturer's employed or manufacturer's certified personnel certificates. <br />1.05 GUARANTEE <br />A. Refer to General Conditions and Section 01300. <br />B. Submit fully executed Guarantee with submittal package required by Article 1.04. <br />C. Material Performance/Installation Workmanship Warranty: Manufacturer to provide an <br />installation, workmanship and material performance warranty for ten (10) full years. In the <br />event of system failure by concrete moisture and alkalinity over slab surfaces, joints or <br />cracks, manufacturer shall provide materials for repair or replacement of damaged flooring <br />system at no charge to the owner. The warranty will cover repair or replacement of the <br />flooring system including finishes, adhesives, patching compounds and vapor retarder <br />system. <br />1.06 REFERENCES AND STANDARDS <br />A. California Green Building Standards Code, current edition, as adopted by the California <br />Division of the State Architect (DSA). <br />1.07 DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING <br />A. Deliver products to the job site in their original unopened containers, clearly labeled with the <br />manufacturer's name and brand designation. <br />B. Store products in an approved ventilated dry area; protect from dampness, freezing, and <br />direct sun light. Product should not be stored in areas with temperatures in excess of 90 OF <br />or below 50 OF. <br />C. Handle product in a manner that will prevent breakage of containers and damage products. <br />2 <br />
