PREFORMED METAL SOFFIT PANELS <br />Section 07411 <br />15-1207 <br />B. Verify that the system may be installed in strict accordance with the manufacturer's current <br />recommendations. <br />C. In the event of discrepancy, immediately notify the Architect. Do not proceed with installation <br />in areas of discrepancy until all such discrepancies have been resolved. <br />3.02 INSTALLATION <br />A. Comply with manufacturer's instructions for assembly, installation and erection in order to <br />achieve weathertight installation. Install in accordance with approved shop drawings. <br />B. Treat, or isolate with protective material, any contacting surfaces of dissimilar materials to <br />prevent electrolytic corrosion. <br />C. Completed installation shall be neat, true and substantial, free of soiling, indentations and <br />other imperfections. <br />D. Fully seat adjacent panel to achieve continuous engagement of interlocking seams. <br />3.03 PROTECTION <br />A. Protect work and materials of this Section prior to and during installations, and protect the <br />installed work and materials of other trades. <br />B. In the event of damage, make all repairs and replacements necessary to the approval of the <br />Architect and at no additional cost to the Owner. <br />C. Exposed finishes shall be free from scratches, dents, permanent discolorations and other <br />defects in workmanship or material. <br />3.04 ADJUSTING AND CLEANING <br />A. Upon completion of installation, remove manufacturer's temporary labels, marks of <br />identification. Thoroughly wash surfaces and remove foreign material. Leave entire work in <br />neat, orderly, clean and acceptable condition. Replace damaged parts and surfaces which <br />are not fee from imperfections. <br />B. Take special care to prevent scratching of finish coating. Touch up all damaged finish with <br />primers and touch up paint. <br />C. Leave the job clean and remove all debris created by this work. <br />D.
