Type 2: Telkee Regent recessed wall key cabinet FMRWC 125-S. <br />2.03 SUBSTITUTIONS, PRE -APPROVED EQUALS <br />A. Architectural hardware of equivalent size, type, finish, and function to that specified and listed <br />will be accepted by the Architect as equivalent to the respective items specified, provided <br />such hardware is approved by the Architect, whose decision will be final. Architectural <br />hardware that is not specified or listed as an approved equal will be considered as a <br />substitution and shall be subject to the approval of the Architect, whose decision will be final. <br />B. Furnish all hinges with non -rising pins. <br />B. All hinges specified to have non -removable pins (NRP) shall have pins prepared, and be <br />furnished with hinges tapped and set screws installed. <br />C. Size: Unless otherwise specified, conform to following: <br />1. Length: <br />a. For doors to 3'-0" wide: 4-1/2 inches. <br />b. For doors over 3'-0" to 4'-0" wide: 5 inches. <br />2. Width: 2 times door thickness plus trim protection, but not less than 4-1/2 inches <br />unless otherwise specified. <br />D. All hinges shall be five (5) knuckle, two (2) ball bearing heavy duty hinges, unless otherwise <br />indicated. <br />E <br />
