Warranty: 15 years <br />2.02 INSTALLATION ACCESSORIES <br />A. Materials recommended by Manufacturer. <br />B. Adhesives: Provide adhesive system as recommended by the Manufacturer. <br />C. Base, Carpet Edge and Transition Strips: Per Section 09650, Resilient Flooring & Base. <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br />3.01 INSPECTION <br />A. Prior to all work of this Section, carefully inspect the installed work of other trades and verify <br />that all such work is complete to the point where this installation may properly commence. <br />B. Verify that carpets and base may be installed in accordance with the design, die lots are the <br />same and floors and walls will accept the adhesive and covering. <br />C. Examine substrate and conditions under which work is to be performed. Surfaces must be <br />broom -clean, free of coatings that would impair adhesion, smooth and level with no more <br />than 1/8 inch in 10 feet variation from level. Filling, patching, or leveling will be required. <br />D. In the event of discrepancy, immediately notify the Contractor and Architect. Do not proceed <br />with installation of carpets and base in areas of discrepancy until all such discrepancies have <br />been resolved. <br />4 <br />
