MOUNTAIN HOUSE SPECIFIC PLAN II Plan Den0ption The MHCSD Transportation Improvement Fee has already ldentl%d the major impr ayements,omfs and faiT share obligations for all major transportation facilities for 5P1i. As a supptement to these adapted programs,the MHCSD has peflormed an add itlonaI trade study as part of SPII which confirms the adequacy of these improvement programs and funding mechanisms. The MHCSD Traffic Study Further confirmed which components of the community build-out system are Wely to be completed as part of the implementation of SPI 1.as depicted on Figure 9.1. As part of implementing projects contained within SPII,the MHCSD wi11 perfarm detailed traffic studies to identify the specific improvements and related phasing of SPII roadways which may be necessary to support such implementing projects. As part of the approval of these implementing projects t#ie MHCSDwlil Conciig4n suc#i approvals to implement, as warranted on a phased basis,the specific system improvements that the projects triggers, consistent with Gore munity Approvals_ Since the specific transportation triggers for the community transportation improvements will be determined as part of implementing project approvals,the specific triggers contained within the Master Plan wl11 be r,wpem�edsuptrseded by subsequent MHCSD phasing and trigger determinatfons.
