MOUNTAIN HOUSE SPECIFIC PLAN II <br />MHCSD BMP Requirements. All implementing projects shall comply with the <br />applicable provisigns of the MHCSD Storm Water Master Plan Update and <br />Manual for Best Management Practices, <br />Material Management Plans. A material management plan for each business <br />with potential pollutants shall be approved by the MHCSD prior to the <br />issuance of building permits for comm0rClal or industrial uses to control the <br />use, storage and disposal of chemicals that couId pollute runoff. <br />4. 1 Ricit Connections. An illicit connection regulation shall be enforced by the <br />MHCSO to prevent cunneCtions to the storm drainage system that discharge <br />material except rainfall runoff roto the drainage system. <br />15.7 FLOOD PROTECTION <br />M"%r Plan Summary <br />the Master Plan requires that the entire Mountain House cornmuntty be protected frnrn a <br />100-yearflood.
