The project is entirely outside of the 200 -year ULOP footprint identified in the PBI / R&F <br />Engineerinq memo dated March 9,2022 (or subsequent updates) <br />a. For a DA. discretionary entitlement increasina occuoancv or tentative map: Condition the <br />project : Finish floor / lot pad elevations shall be no more than three feet below the 200 - <br />year ULOP water surface elevation.: and make a finding in the project approval document <br />that: The Countv has imposed conditions that will protect the Droiect to the urban level of <br />flood protection <br />b. For a building permit for a new residence: Review the certified _grading plan in the <br />subdivision improvement plans and verify / document in the permit file that the lot pad / <br />finish floor elevation is no greater than three feet below the 200 -year ULOP water surface <br />elevation identified in the PBI / R&F memo (or subsequent updates) . <br />Note that for the current 100 -year and 200 -year elevations in MH, the requirement for lot pad / finish floor <br />elevations to be no more than three feet below the current 200 -year water surface will automatically <br />satisfy the satisfy the Development Title's FEMA 100 -year plus one foot requirement. <br />SB 5 does not apply to by -right non-residential projects or for residential building permits that do not result <br />in construction of a new residence (remodel, water heater permits, etc.). <br />Resolution Template 01/2017 <br />
