V1. LAMMERSVILLE UNIFIED ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT (Staff Contact <br />Doris Unsod, 209-836-7400) <br />1. The developer shall enter into full mitigation agreement with the Lammersville Elementary School <br />District (LESD). [Master Plan Implementation 5.1.3 (j).] <br />Timing: Condition shall be met prior to approval of the first Final Map. <br />2. The school funding agreements between the applicant and Lammersville Elementary School District <br />and Tracy Unified School District shall be implemented to provide interim and permanent funding for <br />school facilities, as evidenced by certificates of compliance from these entities stating that the <br />developer has complied with funding requirements as per the agreements. [SPI II Implementation <br />Measure 5.2.3 (o).] <br />Timing: Condition shall be met prior to approval of Final Maps. <br />vin. SAN JOAQUIN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (Staff Contact Erin <br />Sickler, 209-468-3913) <br />1. This project is subject to the San Joaquin Multi -Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan <br />(SJMSCP). As such, the developer shall complete the following steps to satisfy SJMSCP <br />requirements: <br />a) Schedule a SJMSCP Biologist to perform a pre -construction survey prior to any ground <br />disturbance. <br />b) Sign and return to SJMSCP staff of SJCOG the Incidental Take Minimization Measures (given to <br />the developer by SJMSCP staff after the pre -construction has been completed). <br />c) Pay to SJCOG the SJMSCP fee based on SJMSCP findings. <br />ixviii. State Department of Water Resources <br />If the project encroaches on an adopted flood control plan, an encroachment permit from the Reclamation <br />Board will be required. <br />Ix. San Joaquin County Mosquito & Vector Control District <br />1. Any development immediately adjacent to Dry Creek shall be constructed and managed to <br />provide access to the waterway for vector surveillance and control activities. <br />2. The Wetlands Management Plan shall include provisions to prevent the creation of mosquito <br />breeding habitat in a wetlands environment.
