Contractor is en route to remove <br />the vessel. <br />Called and spoke to Tommy Mendleski, manager of Tower Park Marina <br />(916-826-1645), who stated a fishing boat was sinking in the marina, and has a <br />potential to release fuel or oil. Tommy stated boom has been applied around the <br />boat, except for on the side where to boat is tied to the dock, and no sheen or <br />release can be observed. Tow Boat contractor (925-382-4422) is en route to <br />remove the boat from the water; their ETA is 6pm. Notified Tommy to call the ER <br />cell phone to notify EHD once the boat is removed from the water and if a release <br />occurs.
