Dispatcher reported that Officer MURO <br />Johnston from Lodi Police Department (916-505-6213) required our assistance for <br />an incident involving two children that became exposed while playing with a Lysol <br />bottle containing an unknown chemical. Officer Johnson required assistance with <br />disposal for the unknown chemical. <br />Discussed with Lead Senior Stacy Rivera. <br />Called Officer Johnston. He reported that one little girl had been sprayed in the <br />face with an unknown chemical in a Lysol bottle on accident. The liquid in the <br />bottle was brown. He bagged the bottle with five bags and taped it secure with <br />biohazard tape, and is now in a secure location in the back of the police <br />department. I let him know that the Household Hazardous Waste facility accepts <br />hazardous waste and I will call back to provide the phone number to the <br />Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) facility. <br />Discussed with Lead Senior Stacy Rivera. <br />I called Officer Johnston and left a voice mail with the number to the Household <br />Hazardous Waste (HHW) facility (209-468-3066). I let him know that Public <br />Works also provides a 24-hour service which can be arranged through the HHW. <br />5105 rpt Page 1 of 3
