A revised PRESTO <br />letter was emailed on 9/14/2021 but I did not notice the attached revised letter. <br />Printed letter and emails today. Printed photo log, log 2, 5104 and 5105. Created a <br />photo log for photos received from Aaron Spehling on 8/26/2021. <br />Abated complaint at 01-field response-violations cited and corrected. Statement <br />received from Aaron Spehling that all the water that spilled was recovered and <br />placed back into their on-site waste water pretreatment system. Actions are being <br />taken to improve the containment measures in the boiler/mechanical room as well <br />as the level control system on the water tank. <br />10/04/2021 Received an email on 10/1/2021 from Aaron Spehling, <br />spehling-aaron@aramark.com, with property owner information. Complaint record <br />property owner information were already updated. Printed email from Aaron <br />Spehling, updated 5104, log2, 5105, emergency response record. Replaced <br />pages in packet for complaint abatement. <br />10/11/2021 Reviewed complaint record, since spilled material was tap water and based on the <br />prior discussion with M.
