I copied Lead Senior <br />Elena Manzo. I requested that someone calls me to provide a mailing address for <br />the Notice to Abate. <br />I received a call from Juan Neira, SJAFCA Project Manager. He asked that I send <br />the Notice to Abate to everyone copied in the email containing the SDS sheet for <br />the refined clarity oil. <br />I received a call from Tyler Shell who confirmed receipt of the email I sent on <br />09-23-20 containing toxicity table 1 and 2. He reported that testing should be <br />compete in ten days. <br />Details: <br />I received a call from Dave (Shimmick Construction Project Manager) who was <br />return my request for information regarding where to send the notice to abate. <br />Emailed Notice to abate to: Emailed Notice to Abate to: Tyler Shell <br /><tshell@shinnmick.com> and a copy to: Dave C. MURO <br />10/02/2020 Per request from Tyler Shell, 'tshell@shimmick.com', drafted and sent him an <br />email providing code sections excerpts and explanation on why they were included <br />in the NTA. Asked him to let us know if they booms have been removed from the <br />water surface. cc. to Claudia Muro (EHD). <br />MANZO <br />10/09/2020 Emailed Tyler Shell (Shimmick Construction) a request on the status of the <br />release area, lab results, and waste disposal. <br />MURO <br />Tyler replied that the lab results will be in next week. The cofferdam has been <br />cleaned with the floating boom. <br />10/28/2020 Received a lab report from Juan Neira, Senior Civil Engineer, San Joaquin Area MURO <br />Flood Control Agency (SJAFCA). Reviewed results of the cofferdam water sample <br />to have no metals over the threshold limit. <br />10/28/2020 Discussed with Elena Manzo via email. MURO <br />10/29/2020 Discussed (via email) with Elena Manzo the results to the samples of cofferdam <br />water. <br />MURO <br />Called Juan Neira (SJAFCA). he reported they are planning to dispose of the <br />water they collected (from the cofferdam incident)which is being held in 55-gallon <br />drum(s), he does not know how much water they collected. They are also planning <br />to dispose of the oily boom.
