MUNICIPAL UTILITIES DEPARTMENT <br />REGIONAL WASTEWATER CONTROL FACILITY <br />2500 NAVY DRIVE STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA 95206 <br />(209) 937-8750 (209) 937-8702- fax <br />CITY OF STOCKTON <br />CITY OF STOCKTON <br />WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT <br />AUTHORIZATION:The below named party is hereby authorized to discharge wastewater <br />to the City of Stockton community sewer subject to compliance with the City of stockton <br />waste water control ordinance and the conditions set forth in this permit. <br />PERMITEE Stockton Propeller, Inc. <br />ADDRESS 2478 Wilcox Road <br />Stockton, CA 95215 <br />ZIP <br />— PERMIT CONDITIONS - <br />Stockton Propeller, Inc. has been classified by the City of Stockton as 40 CFR 433 Metal Finishing Point Source Category, Subpart A - <br />Metal Finishing Subcategory, Section 433.17- Pretreatment Standards for New Sources (PSNS) category. <br />- DISCHARGE OF PROCESS WASTEWATER TO ANY ON-SITE SEPTIC SYSTEM IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. <br />HAULING OF ANY PROCESS WASTEWATER FOR DISPOSAL AT THE REGIONAL WASTEWATER CONTROL FACILITY <br />(RWCF) IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. <br />- HAULING OF ANY ON-SITE SEPTIC SYSTEM CONTENTS FOR DISPOSAL AT THE STOCKTON REGIONAL WASTEWATER <br />CONTROL FACILITY (RWCF) IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. <br />- Permittee shall be notify the City of Stockton Environmental Control Section thirty (30) days prior to any changes in operation <br />which would result in a potential for process wastewater discharge to any on-site septic system or the potential for hauling of any <br />process wastewater to the RWCF. <br />Permittee shall fully comply with all provisions, limitations, and requirements contained in this Wastewater <br />Discharge Permit, including all attachments, references and General Permit Conditions. <br />- Permittee shall fully comply with all provisions, limitations, and requirements of the Stockton Munidpal Code, <br />sections 13.08 and 13.12; and CFR Parts 136,403 and 417. <br />- Permittee shall fully comply with all provisions, limitations, and requirements of all applicable local, state, and <br />federal regulations, Including subtitles C and D of the Resources Conservation and Recovery Act and 40 CFR Parts <br />260 through 271. <br />- Permittee shall certify once per six (6) months that no process wastewater discharge or hauling has occurred. <br />- Permittee shall submit semi-annual reports to the City of Stockton Environmental Control section no later than <br />the 10th day of the month following the reporting period. <br />The above named shall report to the City of Stockton Regional Wastewater Control <br />Facility, any change, (permanent or temporary) to the premise or operation that <br />significantly change the quality or volume of the wastewater discharge or deviate from <br />the terms and conditions under which this permit is granted. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE March 1,2021 <br /> <br />EXPIRATION DATE February 28, 2026 <br /> <br />APPROVED BY: <br />DATED Director of Municipal Utilities <br />POST PERMIT IN PLAIN VIEW
