Complaint Investigation Summary Report #: 5105
COMPLAINT ID: C00054009 Site Location: 1121 S ANNABELLE LN
Activity Summary
Activity Date
07/09/2021 Site visit again in the afternoon to get an update on the progress. At first, Alicia nor
septic workers were on site. I walked the property. The water in the gutter was still
there. The trench behind the houses had been mostly filled in with everything dry. I
called Alicia and left a message. I spoke with an electrical contractor who was
repairing one of the units. He said that the workers were there earlier, but left to
get some materials.
I waited around the neighborhood in case they came back.
I returned about 15 minutes later and Alicia and the workers were on site. They
said that the water in the gutter was from one of the tenants who was doing car
work and washing. I checked the water and where it may have come from, and I
could not confirm whether the water was sewage or water from washing a car.
Since the trenches were dry and it did not look like sewage was flowing to the
gutter, the water may not be sewage. I still requested they clean it because there
may have been auto fluids mixed in.
I went over the Sewage Disposal Notice to Abate with Alicia and had her sign it
and the continuation form. I told her that we would come back on Monday to verify
what they did. She said that the tank was pumped yesterday and would be
pumped again on Monday. They said the tank was too small for the amount of
units they have on site.
Recorded by
SANGALANG
07/12/2021 Visited the property for a securement check and there did not appear to be much
progress. Other than the gate being locked along Oro Ave., nothing else has
changed. Next to the locked gate the fence has been pushed down, the tank and
the risers are not secured, the openings at the end of Annabelle Ln. are still there,
and sewage is still surfacing and running down the street.
07/12/2021 Used the pictures taken during my securement check to create a photographic
log. Printed it and added it to the complaint.
07/13/2021 Discussed with Michael S. He went to the property yesterday and it appears that
nothing was done except putting a lock on the back fence. We discussed with
Muni as well. Muni said to call Alicia again and tell them to take care of it. Michelle
H will continue to work on the office hearing/DA referral.
I called Alicia .11111111, but when the phone answered, there was no response. I
called back a minute later and it went to voice mail.
Called again at 12:30 and left a voice message telling her that we did inspection
and observed no changes. Told her to do it before we have a contractor do it at,
most likely, a higher rate.
Called Edith at MISIMMINIIMP. I explained the situation to her - it appears
that not much had been done since Friday. She was told the same thing I was told
by Alicia on Friday. She apologized for not following up yesterday. She will contact
Alicia right now and call me back with an update.
Edith called back. They were supposed to have their contractor go out yesterday
but apparently that did not happen. I told her that we wanted this done the first
time they were notified. I emailed her yesterday's photo log
00111111111111.1111.
SUSZYCKI
SUSZYCKI
SANGALANG
5105.rpt
