Asked her for an update SANGALANG on the situation. photo log from 7/9/21. 07/14/2021 Called Edith to find out the status. They were supposed to work on it the issues SANGALANG around noon today. She said that she would call me back around 2-3pm, it is now 3:17pm and haven't received a call back. I also sent her an email asking for an updated. Emails back and forth with Edith. She said that the septic tanks were secured, but they were not pumped. 07/15/2021 Emails with Edith. She said they secured the septic tanks and sent pictures. SANGALANG However, it is uncertain if the tank itself, which was missing its top, was secured. I asked Michael to make a visit since the maintenance people were still on site. 07/15/2021 Visited the property to do a status check as requested by Scott. When I arrived SUSZYCKI Clarks was pumping the septic and said that there was so much that they would need to bring in a second truck. The septic tank and risers are now secure. A representative of Edith's named De s on site. She told me that she was going to have the fences se red, and the trash and homeless removed. I gave Dee my business card. 07/15/2021 MAILED REGULAR SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE TO ABATE WITH PHOTO BALLWAHN LOG DATED 07/09/2021, AND A NOTICE TO SECURE AND ANOTHER SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE TO ABATE, BOTH WITH PHOTO LOGS AND DATED 07/07/2021 TO PROPERTY OWNER GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY NO 28 LP 4900 SANTA ANITA AVE STE 2C EL MONTE CA 91731-1490 07/16/2021 Conducted a status check of the property and observed the sewage on the street SUSZYCKI cleaned up. The only left to secure is the fence at the end of Annabelle. 07/16/2021 Used the pictures taken during my status check inspection to create a SUSZYCKI photographic log. Printed it and attached it to the complaint form. 07/16/2021 Called Dee and asked about securing the remained of the fence. She said that SUSZYCKI someone should be doing that today and also removing the garbage and cutting the grass. 07/21/2021 Received a call from the new manager, She wanted to know if since the septic was secured and tpumilif every !tirligliad been taken care of and we could close the case. I told her that they still need to finish connecting to the sewer and demolishing the septic tank. The new manager stated that she understood. SUSZYCKI 08/17/2021 Emailed with Michael and accounting. This CO# is currently being used for the SANGALANG current activity. C00053734 is closed and accounting is wanting billing info.
