EVACUATION <br />All employees are to evacuate the facility of the emergency alarm (i.e., a siren <br />and "Code 3" announced over the portable radio) is sounded. <br />First, employees are to direct customers to evacuate the bung, instructing <br />them that this is not a drill, and that weighing out is not required. <br />After customers have been evacuated, employees are to evacuate the buildings <br />using the nearest door and assemble in the parking area near the <br />Employee/Maintenance Facility (Figure 1). The exit doors for the Scale -house, <br />Transfer Building, and Employee/Maintenance Facility are marked for easy use. <br />The AESC will verify the presence of all employees. <br />EMERGENCY RELOCATION OF FACILITIES (IF NEEDED) <br />If a structure is damaged such that the functions performed in the structure can <br />no longer performed there, then the Emergency Site Coordinator shall: <br />• Determine minimum space, materials, supplies, and equipment <br />requirements for the needed functions. <br />• Work with appropriate County departments to acquire minimum operating <br />requirements. <br />• Move usable records, materials, supplies, and equipment to temporary <br />work Locations. <br />• Coordinate relocation to alternate quarters. <br />Lovelace Transfer Station Solid Waste Division <br />Worksite Emergency Plan �.
