Defendants shall require every UST Facility employee to acknowledge in 20 writing that only a Service Technician meeting the requirements of California Code of Regulations 21 title 23,section 2715(f),can remove,reposition, adjust,replace or otherwise touch or tamper with any 22 leak-detecting equipment, no H&S employee shall disable or tamper with any UST automatic leak 23 detection system that would prevent the leak detection system from detecting a leak or alerting the 24 owner or operator of the leak, including but not limited to removing, repositioning, adjusting, 25 replacing or otherwise touching or tampering with any leak-detection sensor; and that doing so may 26 constitute a crime pursuant to Health and Safety Code §25299(f) and will result in that employee's 27 termination. 28 u.
