Facility will be using 4 hours time <br /> control or ice bath for potentially hazardous food till unit repair. <br /> *As per manager, maintenance is scheduled today for this cooling unit.* <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F.
