Hwy 99, Stockton - UST Install
Good Afternoon Robert,
I received you email earlier today. I've been reviewing the documents submitted this week. Here is what
I've found to still be missing. We cannot issue the approval letter for the UST installs until we've
received the items below.
1) The following certification are still needed:
• NOV - piping
• Franklin Fueling/Flex-ing - flex connectors
• Hosemaster — flex connectors
• Franklin Fueling—spill containers
• Fiberlite— water -tight shield
• Veeder Root — leak detectors
• ICC Service Technician/ICC Installer for Brian Roth Sr.
• Certifications for Ronnie Lewis
2) Provide manufacturer's cut sheets for all proposed UST system components, including piping,
flex connectors, STP & fill sumps, UDCs, vent sumps, penetrations, spill buckets, and overfill
prevention.
Cut sheets for the following were not submitted:
• Tank STP sump and tank fill sump. The tank cut sheets do not include sumps. Please
provide the cut sheets for the specific sumps you will be using. There are different kinds
of sumps and the tank brochure gives general sump information. The sumps listed on
M.5.3.01 are:
0 48" 8 sided sump (for DEF tank)
0 42" 8 sided fill sump (for 87, 91, DIESEL tanks)
0 48" 8 sided turbine sump (for 87, 91, DIESEL tanks)
I have a snippet of the tank cut sheet, it does not have the sumps on there. I also have a
snippet example of a sump cut sheet. Please see new cutsheets.
<1mage001.jpg>
<image002.jpg>
3) Provide tank charts for the base of the compartmented tank being used.
15
