Below please find the <br />link you may use to access the manufacturer's cut sheets & plans that have been updated as needed to address <br />comments received; <br />https://asengineering.sharefile.com/d-sld3dba8dc334a42a <br />Below please also find responses to comments received as well; <br />1) Page 3 of the Application for Underground Storage Tank Installation Permit: Contractor information and <br />Fire Permit information were not included. Will be included as soon as information becomes available <br />2) Pages 4-8 of the Application for Underground Storage Tank Installation Permit were left blank. Will <br />follow shortly <br />3) Provide current contractor's training certifications for installation and testing of all proposed UST <br />equipment/components. Will be provided as soon as it becomes available <br />4) Provide manufacturer's cut sheets for all proposed UST system components. Provided, follow link <br />5) Provide tank charts for the tanks being used. See Sheets M5.3.04, M5.3.05, M5.3.06, & M5.6.03 <br />6) Submit a work plan for enhanced leak detection (ELD) testing, to be conducted by a properly licensed <br />individual. Will be provided as soon as it becomes available <br />7) Provide a diagram identifying the vacuum zones that will be used for piping monitoring. See Sheet <br />M5.3.09 <br />8) Provide line length information for verifying line leak detector compatibility. See Sheet G.0.2.0 <br />9) Provide a drawing indicating the locations of all water wells, septic systems, and storm drains. See <br />Sheet G.0.2.0 <br />10) Provide completed UPCF Underground Storage Tanks — Facility form (A) and UPCF Underground <br />Storage Tanks (B) — Tank (one form per tank). Will follow shortly <br />Greatly appreciate if there is any way that the updated plans can be reviewed/approved by your office while the <br />remaining pending items are addressed. Please advise.
